Consultation
Week one
Every project begins in your home. We walk the rooms together, talk about how you live — mornings, evenings, the way light moves through the house — and establish brief, budget and timeline. Afterwards you receive a written summary and our proposal.

Concept
Weeks two to four
We translate the brief into a design direction: mood, palette, key materials and spatial ideas, presented as a concept document. This is a conversation, not a reveal — we refine together until it feels unmistakably yours.

Design Development
Weeks four to eight
The concept becomes resolved design. Floor plans, joinery drawings, lighting and electrical plans, finishes schedules and 3D views where they help. Every decision is documented, priced and approved by you before work begins.

Procurement & Build
Timeline varies
We order, track and coordinate — furniture, finishes, trades and deliveries — keeping you informed with regular updates. During construction we attend site at key stages to ensure the design is executed as intended.

Installation & Styling
The final days
Installation day is our favourite. Furniture is placed, art is hung, beds are made, the kettle goes on. We style every shelf and surface, and hand over your home complete — with a care guide for everything in it.

Aftercare
Ongoing
Our relationship doesn't end at the door. We remain available for questions, additions and the next chapter — a nursery, a study, the garden room you've been thinking about.
